Respondent filed a motion for review on January 6, 2011, of the Special Master’s Decision Awarding Damages dated December 7, 2010. Compensation in this case was awarded pursuant to the National Child Vaccine Injury Compensation Act of 1986, 42 U.S.C. § 300aa-l et seq. (2006) (“Vaccine Act”). The Special Master’s decision incorporated two previous rulings including the Special Master’s Ruling Granting Compensation, issued December 11, 2008, and Ruling Regarding Offset, issued May 18, 2010.
