This case involves a dispute over the amount of compensation Petitioner Stacey Heinzelman (“Heinzelman”) is entitled to receive under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, 42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-1 to 300aa-34 (“Vaccine Act”).
