OPINION AND ORDER
MYRON H. THOMPSON, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Michael and Joanna Turner bring this lawsuit against several defen dants, including the Madison County Community Bank (“MCCB”), claiming violations of a bankruptcy-discharge injunction and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Currently before the court are MCCB’s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and motion to stay discovery and initial disclosures pending resolution of the dismissal motion. For the reasons that follow, the motions will be denied.
