This case came before the Court on Shaffer’s Demurrer to the Motion for Judgment, Plea of the Statute of Frauds, and Motions for Joinder of Third Parties; and First Federal Savings Bank’s Motion to sever counterclaim and demurrers to the counterclaim. The original *58Motion for Judgment was an action in detinue for the recovery of certain personal property and the counterclaim adds additional parties and asserts a cause of action against the Plaintiff and others unrelated to the matters set forth in the original Motion for Judgment.
