These are petitions for redetermination by this court of the plaintiff’s excessive profits received or accrued for its fiscal years ended July 31, 1967 and July 31, 1968, as determined by the Benegotiation Board under the Renegotiation Act of 1951, 50 XJ.S.C, App. § 1211 and ff. In the course of *102pre-trial proceedings a dispute has arisen concerning the scope of discovery allowable to the plaintiff.
