The three defendants were prosecuted, tried, convicted, and sentenced for the offense of- selling intoxicating liquors without a license in the prohibition parish of Caddo. Defendants have appealed, and rely for reversal on a bill of exceptions taken to the action of the judge in overruling their motion for a new trial.
