At issue in the instant case is whether the defendant should have been allowed to withdraw his guilty pleas because of his reliance upon defense counsel’s representation as to the good time policy of the Department of Corrections which, although correct at the time made, was subsequently rendered inaccurate because of the Department’s change of policy following the supreme court’s decision in Lane v.
