Plaintiff brought suit against defendant alleging that he was negligent during a wisdom tooth extraction which allegedly resulted in paresthesia, or numbness, to her jaw. The theories of malpractice pled against defendant are contained in paragraph seven of plaintiffs complaint, which states in pertinent part:
