FOLLEY, Justice.

This suit is a title contest between Roy Sansing and the original claimants and occupants of eleven separate tracts of land in Lipscomb County, such land having been awarded to Sansing by the State Land Commissioner as vacant unsurveyed school land, and is situated in what is now known as Block S & S. The suit is a consolidation of eleven suits filed by the respective claimants and occupants against Roy San-sing, each involving a separate tract of land along the common northern boundary line of Lipscomb County and the Panhandle of Texas.
