Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Lynch, J.), rendered January 26, 2015, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of strangulation in the second degree (three counts), assault in the third degree, unlawful imprisonment in the second degree and rape in the third degree.
