Appellant, Owen Thomas Harris, was convicted of three offenses of indecency with a child by exposure. Tex. Penal Code § 21.11(a)(2)(A). The court of appeals affirmed, rejecting Appellant’s double jeopardy argument that he received multiple punishments for the same offense. Harris *627v.
