September 6, 1908, the iEtna Life In-
surance Company executed ail accident policy to the Curtis & Gartside Company, by which it insured the latter against loss or expense arising or resulting from claims upon the assured for damages, on account of bodily injuries suffered by its employees on account of the operation of its business as a manufacturer of sashes and doors at Oklahoma City, Oklá.
