Appellee owns a lot and a 3-story brick building at tbe northwest corner of tbe intersection of Main and Third streets in Danville, Kentucky. Appellant owns a lot and building immediately to the west of and adjoining appellee’s property. The interior of these buildings is separated by a 13-inch brick wall, that is, a wail made up of 3 widths of brick with intervening mortar.
