MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN D. BATES, District Judge.

This case is before the Court on defendant’s motion to vacate and correct his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. Defendant pled guilty to a conspiracy, continuing from January 1994 to January 2004, to import, manufacture, and distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 952(a), 959, 963 and 960(b)(l)(B)(ii), as charged in Count One of the indictment. He was sentenced on January 31, 2007 to 72 months imprisonment — at the low end of the advisory range of 70 to 87 months recommended by the United States Sentencing Guidelines (“Guidelines”).…
