Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Williams, J.), rendered September 10, 2015, which revoked defendant’s probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment.

Defendant was charged with multiple crimes after he violated an order of protection by having contact with a former girlfriend. He pleaded guilty to criminal contempt in the first degree in satisfaction of the charges and was sentenced to a split sentence of six months in jail and five years of probation.
