I. Introduction

Before the Court is a motion for partial summary judgment submitted by plaintiffs Jeremy and Kim Johnson (“Johnson”)(doc. # 53) and a motion for summary judgment submitted by garnishee Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Company (“Grinnell”)(doe. # 56). For the reasons articulated below, Grinnell’s motion for summary judgment is GRANTED, and Johnson’s partial motion for summary judgment is DENIED.
