Affirming.
Appellant, John Fowler, was tried and convicted in the Logan quarterly court under a warrant issued by the judge thereof charging him with the offense “of unlawfully having in his possession spirituous, vinous, malt and intoficating liquors, to-wit: white whiskey,_ in the county of Logan, and state of Kentucky,” during the year 1923 and before issuing the warrant and not for any of the permissible purposes in the statute.
