MOORE, Justice.

Plaintiff, Lantex Construction Company, a corporation, brought this suit against War-lick Press, Inc., defendant, alleging that the defendant breached an oral contract by failing and refusing to pay an agreed fee for plaintiff’s services in preparing and furnishing written plans and specifications for a proposed building. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the Trial Court.
