This action was for the recovery of water rents from the appellees, the Erwin-Lane Paper Company, John C. Erwin, Abram Upp and Stephen A. Burrows, and to subject the paper mill, machinery, and fixtures of said company to an equitable lien for such rents as against the parties above named, and the several other appellees holding mortgage liens' upon said property.
