{¶ 1} This appeal is brought by the state pursuant to Crim.R. 12(K) and R.C. 2945.67 from an order of the common pleas court granting defendant’s Crim.R. 12(C)(3) motion to suppress evidence seized incident to his arrest on an outstanding warrant.

{¶ 2} Defendant was charged with having weapons while under disability and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. Both charges arose from a gun found in defendant’s vehicle during an inventory search following his arrest on an outstanding warrant.
