OPINION AND ORDER
MARSH, District Judge.
This suit involved a diversity negligence action against the Montefiore Hospital and two medical doctors. Georgianna Dudding, the wife plaintiff, was admitted to the defendant hospital for surgery for glaucoma. On March 16th surgery was performed on her right eye and on March 23rd surgery was performed on her left eye. After the operation on her left eye, the surgeon, Dr. Thorpe, ordered intramuscular injections of 1,200,000 units of penicillin at once, and achromycin, 500 mgm., at once.
