Viewers were appointed on December 23, 1926, to assess benefits and damages following the paving of Thirty-fourth Street in this city. They, however, did not comply with the Act of May 27, 1919, P. L. 310: East Lake Road and Payne Avenue, 309 Pa. 327; in that their report was not filed until more than 3 months after their appointment; but, when filed, the report was confirmed nisi on June 27, 1927, and absolutely on August 8, 1927.
