OPINION
BRYNER, Chief Judge.
Dana L. Hilbish appeals her conviction of first-degree murder and two counts of tampering with evidence. She argues that the superior court erred in denying her motion to suppress evidence, in allowing the victim’s skull to be used as evidence at trial, in instructing the jury on reasonable doubt and failing to instruct on self-defense and heat of passion, and in denying a motion for judgment of acquittal based on insufficient evidence. We affirm.
