Plaintiff National Inspection & Repairs, Inc. filed an action on August 27, 2001, in the District Court of Wyandotte County, Kansas against defendants George S. May International Company (GSM) and William Doane, for negligence in connection with a contract between plaintiff and GSM for management consultation services.
