2Per curiam

Pursuant to a plea agreement, Booker Travis Law, III, pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute fifty grams or more of crack cocaine and 500 grams or more of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (2006). The parties stipulated in the plea agreement to a 180-month sentence in exchange for the Government withdrawing its notice of sentence enhancement under 21 U.S.C. § 851 (2006).
