MEMORANDUM OPINION
KAPLAN, District Judge.
This is a purported class action on behalf of the depositors of the now insolvent Joint Stock Bank Inkombank (“Inkom-bank”), a bank formerly engaged in business in the Russian Federation. Plaintiffs claim that defendants The Bank of New York and The Bank of New York Co., Inc. (collectively “BNY”) facilitated the looting and laundering of assets of several Russian banks, including Inkombank.
