The plaintiff, a domestic corporation engaged in the insurance brokerage business, commenced an action against the defendant, a Connecticut corporation authorized to do business in the State of New York, which its attorney has been- pleased to call an action analogous to interfering with trade or calling. On a previous appeal from a motion to strike out portions of the complaint the Appellate Division (206 App. Div. 206) required the plaintiff to serve an amended complaint separating its causes of action.
