SIBLEY, Circuit Judge.

Appellant, owner and operator of the tug Leta, and her tow of four barges, libel-led the tug Whitecastle, which was pushing two other barges, for damage done by a head-on collision at night of the barges in a part of the Intracoastal Canal near its locks into the Mississippi River at New Orleans, charging fault against the White-castle in navigating on the wrong side of the channel, in not having proper lights on the tow, in failing to stop when danger became apparent, in misusing a blinding spotlight, and in failing to keep a proper lookout.
