This appeal on questions of law and fact comes to this court from a judgment and decree entered for the plaintiffs in the Court of Common Pleas of Summit County. The action is one seeking an injunction to prevent the defendant from exercising the rights granted her as the holder of a C-l and C-2 permit from the Department of Liquor Control of Ohio, in the operation of her retail grocery business located on Killian Road in the City of Kenmore, Ohio.
