Patsalos, J.), dated September 17, 1999, as denied her motion pursuant to CPLR 3211 to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against her, and the defendant Middletown Community Health Center separately appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of the same order as denied its separate motion to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against it.
