This action was brought against B.M.C. Manufacturing, Inc., in the name of the Director of the Bureau of Workers’ Disability Compensation. Plaintiff filed what was called a "complaint for injunctive relief with affidavits” and sought to enjoin defendant from employing any person at any time when defendant was not in compliance with the Workers’ Disability Compensation Act. The complaint also sought monetary penalties. After a show cause hearing, the trial court dismissed the complaint. Plaintiff now appeals as of right._
