Appellant-plaintiff Anna Marie Richter, individually, and as administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband Terry L. Richter, Sr. (Terry), appeals the trial court’s order of dismissal in favor of appel-lees-defendants United States Steel Corporation (U.S.Steel), John Carne, Inc. (John Carne), J.S. Sexauer Manufacturing Co. (J.S. Sexauer) and Pécora Corporation (Pécora), (collectively, the companies), claiming that the trial court erred in preventing her wrongful death action against the companies from proceeding.
