The issues presented by the parties in these consolidated cases arise out of the claim of the Arychuk group, some of the owners of property in Star Valley Ranch, a recreational subdivision in Lincoln County, that their rights under a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (Declaration) had been infringed.
