BOGGS, Circuit Judge.
Donald M. Burns appeals the district court’s order avoiding as preferential transfers monthly payments made by debtor Marlene M. Finn on a loan from her credit union. Ill B.R. 123. The district court’s order affirmed the judgment of the bankruptcy court. Burns claims that the trustee, Daniel F. Gosch, did not prove the necessary requirements for avoiding a transfer under § 547(b) of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.
