“The facts in the case briefly stated are that on or about November 24th, 25th and 26th, 1924, the plaintiff bank sent to the defendant bank for deposit and collection checks of Atlantic Coast Dumber Corporation drawn on the Bank of Andrews at Andrews, S. C, in the aggregate amount of Eight Hundred Eighty-seven and 71/100 Dollars ($887.71).
