The plaintiffs are the father who was driving, the mother who was seated on the right-hand side in the front and the daughter who was seated in the back seat behind her mother, in a station wagon, which, on June 9, 1957, was proceeding west on Old Country Road. The day was clear and dry. The accident occurred at about 7:35 p.m. in full daylight. The station wagon had entered Old Country Road at Meadowbrook Parkway and proceeded west.
