Before the Court are Super. R. Civ. P. 56 cross motions for summary judgment filed by Inland American Retail Management, LLC (Inland or Plaintiff) and Cinemaworld of Florida, Inc. (Cinemaworld or Defendant). This matter arises out of a dispute over the terms of a twenty-year Ground Lease (Lease) between the parties.
