Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Mercure, J.), entered May 14, 1984 in Warren County, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to be reinstated to her former position as social work assistant for respondent County of Warren with back pay retroactive to the date of her removal.
