Defendants, Lawrence J. and Jill Avis Goldstein, appeal from three separate rulings of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County. Defendants appeal an order granting a summary judgment against them and in favor of plaintiffs, George and Fred Graff and Louis Reichfelt and Clifford L. Goetz, trustees of the George Graff and Fred Graff revocable living trusts, on their action to recover on a promissory note signed by defendants Goldstein, defendant Thomas D.
