Mary Hickey and Sallie Hickey filed their hill in the Circuit Court of Logan county to have declared a resulting trust for an accounting and for general relief. It is alleged, in substance, in the bill that they obtained title to a certain 80-acre tract of land in Logan county on December 30, 1892, by a warranty deed executed by Elizabeth Hickey, which was made subject to a mortgage to secure $800 held by the defendant Barrett; that on August 20, 1895, complainants and said Elizabeth Hickey made and delivered a warranty deed of…
