WOODROUGH, Circuit Judge.
The appellants, Earl Carpenter, Howard 'Fouts, Ralph Johnson, Louis Miller, Walter Stultz, Francis Quinn and Shaun Maloney, were convicted and sentenced on four counts of an indictment containing five counts. Their appeals have been consolidated and heard together on one record.
Count one of the indictment charged transportation of a motor vehicle in interstate commerce, knowing the same to have been stolen, in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 408. Count two charged the defendants with obtaining, by means of force, violence .and coercion, a truck belonging to the Metz Baking…
