The amended complaint was in three paragraphs, each upon a- policy of insurance issued by appellant to Leopold Adler. Action was commenced in the Superior Court of Vanderburgh County, and upon change of venue tried in the Warrick Circuit Court.

It is alleged in the first paragraph of complaint that Hiram J. Adler, plaintiff, is administrator of the estate of Leopold Adler, deceased; that said defendant was and is a corporation created, organized, and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the state of Maine; that on July 31, 1893, in consideration of the payment of the premium of $97.80…
