(after stating the facts). Four reasons are urged by counsel for appellee for an affirmance of the judgment. First, it is argued that there was no valid contract between appellant and Pulaski County for the purchase of the materials; the theory being that the contract of purchase was made with the purchasing agent of the county, and without any order of the county court directing it.
