This is an appeal from the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Logan County resentencing defendant-appellant, Michael J. McColloch, upon his conviction of two counts of rape in violation of R.C. 2907.02.

On January 16, 1986, defendant was sentenced to two concurrent terms of ten to twenty-five years based upon the possible indeterminate sentences of five, six, seven, eight, nine or ten to twenty-five years set forth in R.C. 2907.02 as then in force.
