STEPHENS, Associate Justice.

This is an appeal from an order of the District Court of the United States for the District of Columbia denying a motion to oostpone distribution of the personal estate of Elizabeth T. Hengesbach, deceased, provided the legatee shall furnish a bond. The terms of the order are more particularly described below. The appellees have moved to dismiss the appeal.
