Upon their appeal to this Court, defendants contend that the judgment rendered by the judge of the Superior Court of Guilford County, affirming the judgment of the municipal court of the city of High Point should be reversed, to the end that a new trial shall be had in said municipal court. They contend that there was error in the refusal of the judge to sustain their assignments of error, based upon exceptions taken by them at the trial in the municipal court.
