Carnine v. Tibbetts

This action was instituted by Emma Camine against defendants E. N. Tibbetts and Roscoe S. Steward to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by her in a collision between automobiles driven by the defendants while she was a passenger in the car driven by the defendant Steward. From a judg meat in her favor for $5,000 against the defendant Tibbetts the latter appeals.
