This is a prosecution brought by the State in Rutland Municipal Court for an alleged violation of V. S. 47, § 6393 relating to fishing for trout. Trial was by jury. The case is here on the State’s exception to the granting of the respondent’s motion for a directed verdict on both counts in the complaint at the close of the State’s case. In that situation the evidence must be taken in the light most favorable to the State. State v. Boudreau, 111 Vt 351, 360, 16 A2d 262; State v. Rounds, 104 Vt 442, 448, 160 A 249.
