Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Beatrice Shainswit, J.), entered June 3, 1986, which granted the motion of the defendants for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, is unanimously reversed, on the law and on the facts, motion denied, complaint reinstated, and judgment of said court entered thereon on December 16, 1986 is vacated, without costs.
