Defendant, by the real party-in-interest, Citibank, N.A., has moved this Court to compel an arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1 et seq., of Plaintiffs claims under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (“ECOA”), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1691 et seq., stemming from the termination of five credit card accounts, apparently without explanation.
